An 8,000 sqm of biodynamic garden situated in Nong Hoi sub-district of Chiang Mai is attended by 9 local growers rotating plant varieties by season. Mingling here are our regular visitors: butterflies and dragonflies. Accommodating here are built-in beehive residence, bug hotel, and several move-in bird nests. We compose most organic matters and make our own fertilizer to nourish our soil to make sure it is rich with microbes and organisms. Solar-powered water sprinkler system supports our water management. As happy farmers who work closely with artisan kitchens and chefs to share expertise and to develop the best varieties that grow well in the farm environment.
